M’sian journalist Noramfaizul Mohd Nor, BernamaTV staff, killed in Somali
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 3 (Bernama) -- The remains of Bernama TV cameraman Noramfaizul Mohd Nor, who died after being hit by a stray bullet while covering a humanitarian mission in Somalia, will be buried at the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Muslim cemetery in Serdang near here Sunday. Kelab Putera 1Malaysia vice president Rahman Rahim, speaking on behalf of Noramfaizul's family, said the funeral was planned for after the midday prayers but would depend on the situation.
He said the body would be prepared for burial at the mosque at the Royal Malaysian Air Force's Subang air base on arrival from Somalia before being brought to Noramfaizul's house in Taman Serdang Raya for the funeral prayers.
The RMAF C-130 plane carrying the coffin along with the other members of the mission is expected to arrive at the Subang air base at 9am Sunday.
